The international coffee house and coffee brand is known as the Gloria jeans coffee. In over thirty countries the brand has more than seven hundred and fifty chain stores.

This brand was founded by Gloria Jean Kvetko and Ed from US and in Australia by Nabi Saleh. The headquarters of this coffee house are located in Irvine and California, U.S. In the year 1979 in Chicago USA this was first founded by Gloria Jean Kvetko.

From a small coffee and a gift shop Gloria had begun this store in Chicago. Now the coffee shop has more than one hundred and ten chain stores all over USA. Diedrich Coffee from Irvine was the owner of this coffee house brand.

Later in the year 1995 Peter Irvine and Nabi Saleh visited the coffee shop of Gloria and the coffee impressed them so much that they decided to open the chain stores of this brand in Australia. So they meet Diedrich and the international licensing right was purchased from him.

Soon the Jireh International Pvt. Ltd.was established in Australia by Irvine and Saleh. In Miranda, Sydney, the first store of the Gloria Jeans branded coffee by Jireh International Pvt. Ltd was opened.

Another chain store of the Gloria Coffee was opened in Eastgardens that too in Sydney two weeks later of the opening of the first store. The concept of the coffee of Gloria Jeans was now available in Australia too.

The first franchised store of the coffee brand of Gloria Jeans was opened in the year 1998. There were more than one hundred and eighty five stores owned with one hundred franchise stores within six years of time. Later the brand was expanding throughout Australia. In Darwin, a franchise of Gloria Coffee store was opened in the year 2003.
